Very large home, backs up to a pond. Fenced portion of property is not in a flood zone. Owners have used this as a vacation property only. They are leaving all of the furnishings, equipment and all of the appliances. Really great condition. New roof in 2021. AC is original but owners say that it still works well. Separate laundry with a large pantry. Master bedroom has a walkthrough closet from one bathroom to the other. Huge living room and dining area along with an eat in area in the kitchen.
Water is currently turned off at the well. Great neighbors and nice community. There is a water treatment system at the property that owners never used. Sellers had satellite for tv access and internet with the home phone service.
