Access to the property is provided by a right-of-way off Keene Road, just west of the RC Airplane field, with an underpass beneath SR 414. Situated on the north side of SR 414, the property benefits from excellent visibility. The site was formerly utilized as a landfill and has been capped with topsoil, with monitoring wells in place through 2038. Possible future uses include solar or wind energy production, cattle grazing, or other agricultural purposes.
