Swan Lake division is quaint with only 55 homes. It's located on Lake Padgett which is the largest lake in Pasco county. All water actvities are permitted including water skiing. The house is located right across the street from the boat ramp ! Other amenities include both a basketball court and tennis court which has lines for pickle ball too. Also there is a huge park with swings and a new playground. Swan Lake's HOA is very solid with a large reserve fund. The house is located on a pie shaped lot with a small front yard and big back yard. The pool and large back yard are extremely private for your enjoyment. The house has a split floor plan with two Master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms. It has both a very large kitchen and family room also. The entire house has high ceilings throughout. The A/C unit and water heater were replaced a few year's ago. The pool equipment and screen are quite new too. Seeing the house in person gives you the relaxing feeling of being home!
