There is assigned parking space #35 under the building which is included with the rent. Additional parking for guests is available in the public parking lot. Water, garbage, cable, wifi & electric are included as well. The building does have an elevator for easy access to this 3rd floor unit. Palm Coast is located 30 minutes South of St Augustine & 30 minutes North of Daytona Beach. Jacksonville is a 1 hour drive & Disney is approximately 90 minutes away. This is Florida living at its best. NO pets are allowed for tenants per the association.
